HELPFUL HINTS:
Be sure to burp the baby during and after feeding to reduce air build-up.
Colicky symptoms may be aggravated by intolerance to certain foods or the formula you are using. Check with your pediatrician about switching brands or changing your baby's diet.
Keep baby away from tobacco smoke. The likelihood of "colicky" symptoms increases when there are smokers in the household.
Use massage to calm your baby by placing the infant face down across your lap and gently rub his/her back.
Try rocking your baby in your arms or rocking chair.
Playing soothing music (e.g. nature sounds or lullaby's)
Stroll your baby in a stroller.
Take your baby for a ride in the car (in a properly installed car seat)
